  • Hello!

My name is Jessica and I'm a professional wedding and lifestyle photographer. I like cold days, hot lattes, and the smell of roses. I'm addicted to shoes, I'm an avid reader, and I'm the mother of a vivacious and creative 4 year old boy. I love Starbucks. (Current obsession: Mocha Coconut Frappuccino--extra coconut!) I'm a dog person.

    -------------------

I have an insatiable appetite for love.

The honor of being chosen to document beautiful moments in people's lives. Looking through my lens to capture the first look between husband and wife.

    There's nothing to compare.

I love what I do. I love being present in some of the most amazing moments of people's lives. It also doesn't hurt that I get to eat a lot of cake.....What can I say? I'm human. ;)

We should try to accomplish at least one of our things in Vegas lol!!

Marissa and Jake: A Valentine Love Story

It starts with a dream. An idea burning so brightly in my mind, I have to make it real. A flurry of cutout hearts, dainty pink petit fours, century old valentines. The idea starts to form itself, and I just try to keep up. A few weeks ago, some dear friends came together with me on this idea, and ran with it.

Marissa and Jake, thank you for being you. Thank you for letting me make this idea a reality. Thank you for being in love.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Jess - Good job Jessica! And to Robin: What a gorgeous little girl! Good work, momma!

I hope that one day you can take some photos of my William.

Tamara and Rhody: Engaged

There’s something innately refreshing about being in the country. Tamara’s family owns hundreds of acres of gorgeous countryside, and allowed us free reign of the land for their engagement session. We started out the afternoon in the vineyard and traveled through the farm in a whirlwind of laughter, love, and (very minimal) bug swatting. It was a good day.

Tamara has the most GORGEOUS eyes and loooong hair.

As we made our way to the front of the property to finish up our session, I spotted the most AMAZING field with lush grasses and deep purple flowers. I simply couldn’t resist.

I can’t wait to shoot Tamara and Rhody’s wedding this November (not to mention visiting this gorgeous property again for Tamara’s bridal session)!

Happy Tuesday!

-Jessica
